Join American Cut at the bar or lounge only every Monday to taste our new signature item “The Cut Club.” This BLT-made-better combines Skirt steak, thick-cut Nueske Bacon, crisp romaine, ripe tomato, AC signature steak sauce & mayo on a toasted baguette – layered to create the perfect handheld meal. It’s served alongside our housemade chips and tastes even better with a cold drink from the bar – The Cut Club is a reinvention of a classic sandwich met with the elegance of our elevated steakhouse ingredients.
